Since its creation, 50 years ago, the sicame group has developed rapidly to respond to the high-speed growth in the of electricity around the world. It has become an international group implanted in 17 countries and serving over 120 countries around the world. In 2000, the Sicame group implanted an industry in Canada with the purchasing of the old Alcan division of accessories and connectors with the contribution and business activities done previously with other factories of the group. The new entity is called Cicame Energie Inc and is based on the south in Longueuil on the south shore of Montreal. Cicame 's first goal is to supply the North american utilities with connectors and accessories used in aerial and underground networks. Our strenght is to develop connectors according to client specification.
Cicame Energie recommends complete solutions in dead-end and joint connections for high tension (765kV) and low tension (600V and less) for all cable types (ACSR, AAC, AAAC, ACSS, CU,...).
